SMEs offered expert advice on how to beat the downturn

Businesses seeking expert advice on how to survive and thrive in the recession are invited to attend seminars being staged by national top ten independent corporate rescue and recovery specialists Leonard Curtis.
The breakfast seminars are free to attend and cover essential topics for businesses such as:
- How to deal with creditor pressure and negotiating time to pay arrangements with HM Revenue & Customs;
- Cashflow, collections and enforcement;
- Distressed funding packages including Government and regional fund support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs);
- Corporate rescue procedures to allow for successful restructuring;
- Pre-pack administrations;
- Directors' duties;
- Employee claims and right in insolvency;
- Asset recovery and protection
Speakers will be senior executives of Leonard Curtis including Neil Bennett, Michael Healy, Dawn Mansell and Peter Laurie.
